After 36 days of nationwide student protests demanding accountability over exam paper leaks, Parliament witnessed a bitter political confrontation dominated by words like “idiot”, “andh bhakt”, “gaumutra”, and accusations flying across the aisle.
The Congress used the debate to question the government’s handling of the student protests and raise concerns about the role of the RSS in education policy. The BJP countered by defending the government’s response, highlighting the resignation of the former Education Minister and accusing the Opposition of making baseless allegations.
