After a Delhi High Court hearing on Sonam Wangchuk’s hospitalisation, his lawyer said there was no order authorising his detention and questioned why he could not be treated at a hospital of his choice. The lawyer also alleged that a large police deployment around Wangchuk’s room was creating an intimidating environment for a patient.
