Binance-affiliated companies have filed lawsuits against Hong Kong-based crypto payments firm RedotPay, alleging it diverted customers from Binance Card in breach of a commercial agreement. The lawsuit seeks nearly $473 million in damages, claiming the alleged conduct contributed to RedotPay’s rapid growth ahead of a planned IPO. RedotPay has denied the allegations, stating that it will vigorously defend the claims while continuing its normal business operations.
