An ordinary flight from Phuket to Delhi turned into a terrifying ordeal after Air India flight AI2379 encountered severe turbulence, injuring 13 passengers and 4 crew members. The Airbus A320 reportedly dropped nearly 300 feet before the pilots regained control. The DGCA has now launched a full investigation, examining the flight data recorder and cockpit voice recorder.
