Skyroot Aerospace CEO Pawan Kumar Chandana credits the company’s young workforce-whose average age is just 28-for the historic success of Vikram-1. Speaking to NDTV after the landmark mission, Chandana said the team’s fresh thinking, willingness to challenge convention and belief that “everything is possible” helped achieve what few private space companies worldwide have managed: a successful orbital launch on the very first attempt. He argues that innovation thrives when young engineers are empowered to take risks and build without the burden of traditional limitations.
