A leaked image of the Xiaomi Mix Fold 5 suggests the upcoming foldable could adopt a wider inner display with a 4:3 aspect ratio. The handset is expected to run Xiaomi’s new Android 17-based HyperOS 4, which brings a redesigned interface and new AI capabilities. Another tipster has reportedly backed an early September launch window for the foldable, ahead of the Xiaomi 18 series. Xiaomi has not confirmed the Mix Fold 5 or revealed plans for an international launch.
