A day after Mumbai Mayor Ritu Tawde gave a clean chit to BMC officials in the death of 11-year-old Vihaan, the grieving parents have spoken exclusively to NDTV for the first time.
Fighting back tears, Vihaan’s parents questioned the findings of the BMC inquiry and alleged that their son’s death was the result of human negligence, not a natural disaster. They have demanded an independent investigation, saying accountability must be fixed and those responsible must face action.
