The pre-release event of Yash-starrer Toxic in Hyderabad turned chaotic after part of the sound and lighting system collapsed amid a huge crowd. The incident took place at Malla Reddy University on Saturday evening, where thousands had gathered to see the actor. Several attendees had moved close to the stage as police urged them to step back amid overcrowding concerns. A video from the venue showed some people climbing onto structures before the system collapsed while Yash was addressing the crowd. Five people were injured and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, with reports saying one briefly lost consciousness.
