In an emotional NDTV Exclusive, student leader Devendra Nath Mahto, who is on an indefinite hunger strike over the alleged JPSC-JSSC recruitment irregularities, says he will not end his fast until the government addresses the students’ demands.
Mahto calls for comprehensive reforms in JPSC and JSSC, alleging years of irregularities in recruitment examinations. Drawing inspiration from Sonam Wangchuk’s hunger strike, he appeals to the activist to support the movement and urges Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren to personally meet the protesting students.
