Speaking at the NDTV World Anviksha Summit in Kathmandu, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor expressed solidarity with Nepal after devastating floods and landslides in the north. He highlighted the destruction of roads, highways and 18 bridges, as well as serious damage to eight hydroelectric stations. Tharoor praised India’s immediate relief response and said New Delhi should provide whatever assistance Nepal needs, while expressing hope that more missing Indians will be found.
