NEET UG Counselling 2026 will introduce several reforms, including one-time physical reporting, online document verification and a digital resignation facility to simplify medical admissions. Union Health Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda reviewed the preparedness of the Medical Counselling Committee for a transparent and technology-enabled process. The counselling will include enhanced support for PwBD candidates, expanded assessment centres, cybersecurity measures and grievance redressal systems. The process for MBBS, BDS and BSc Nursing seats is expected to begin soon.
