A heartbreaking tragedy in Maharashtra’s Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar has claimed the lives of a family of three. An 18-year-old boy reportedly stood on the edge of Khavda Hill for nearly three hours, with his parents, villagers and police trying to persuade him to step back. When the teenager moved closer to the edge, his father attempted to pull him to safety, but both fell from the hill. Moments later, his mother also fell. Reports suggest an argument over an iPhone EMI may have preceded the incident. Their pet now waits at home for their return.
