Bihar students will no longer see ‘Fail’ on their marksheets for board exams. Certificates will instead state ‘Eligible for Skill Development’ for vocational training. This change aims to provide alternative learning paths for students after unsuccessful examinations. The government is also introducing special sessions for supplementary exam students. These measures offer students more opportunities beyond traditional academic routes.
