Unlike traditional internships, the credit-bearing programme integrates real-world experience into the undergraduate curriculum without affecting graduation timelines. Aligned with NEP 2020, the initiative equips students with practical skills, workplace exposure and career insights, offering a flexible model that could reshape how engineering education is delivered in India.
