A boat carrying 32 Indian tourists has capsized near Phu Quoc Island in Vietnam, with search and rescue operations now underway following the incident on Saturday. According to the Indian Embassy in Hanoi, the vessel overturned shortly after leaving Hon May Rut Ngoai island while heading to An Thoi Port, amid rough seas and strong winds. All passengers and crew members fell into the water as a result of the capsizing.
