Oppo Reno 16 will be powered by an octa core Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset in India, the smartphone maker announced on Tuesday. Interestingly, its Chinese counterpart is equipped with an octa core MediaTek Dimensity 8550 Super SoC. On top of this, the company has revealed that the handset will ship with various new AI-powered tools, including the AI Recording Sticker, AI Scan, AI Voice Translation, AI Menu Translation, AI Bill Manager, and AI Mind Pilot. Users will be able to trigger these AI tools by tapping the dedicated AI Snap Key. The Oppo Reno 16 will run on Android 16-based ColorOS 16.
