The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has mandated that all admissions to the four-year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) for the 2026-27 academic year must exclusively occur through the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2026. Results for NCET 2026 were declared on June 4, 2026. Institutions are warned that any admissions outside this framework will be deemed unauthorized, with potential action against violators.
