Clarence High School on Pottery Road, Bengaluru, has suspended offline classes until August 18 after more than 500 students and staff reported fever, cold and cough, with two H1N1 cases confirmed. The school was deep-cleaned after a viral fever outbreak and has shifted Classes 6–12 online. Management has urged civic authorities to inspect and remove unauthorised, unhygienic street vendors near the campus, citing waste, footpath encroachment and potential health and safety risks to students.
