At just 21, law student Shreya Singhal challenged Section 66A of the Information Technology Act before the Supreme Court after it was used to arrest people over online posts. The landmark judgment strengthened digital rights in India, while Singhal has since continued advocating for constitutional freedoms and carefully framed online speech laws.
