Ahead of Raksha Bandhan, women in Uttarakhand’s Bageshwar are making handmade Rakhis for soldiers posted far from their families. The initiative, led by the Indian Red Cross Society, is aimed at conveying love, gratitude and support to the armed forces through a simple yet heartfelt gesture.
