A tragic hit-and-run in Delhi has claimed the life of 34-year-old Sarthak Mattoo, a Gurugram resident, just two days before his birthday.
According to police, Sarthak was riding to work when a speeding Thar SUV allegedly made a sudden lane change and rammed into his motorcycle. The driver is accused of fleeing the scene immediately after the crash.
