The Delhi High Court has deferred its decision on shifting activist Sonam Wangchuk to a private hospital until Tuesday, saying it will first examine all medical reports and hear expert opinions from both government and private doctors. The court also sought the Centre’s response to allegations of illegal surveillance of protesters, stressing that Sonam Wangchuk’s health and safety remain its top priority.
