Speaking at the NDTV Emerging Business Conclave, SBI Group Chief Economist Soumya Kanti Ghosh said Indian businesses have adapted to global uncertainty through stronger balance sheets, diversification and self-reliance. He highlighted defence, aerospace, renewables and data centres as key growth sectors, while stressing that prudent capital allocation and strategic expansion will define the next phase of India’s growth story.
