The Lok Sabha on Wednesday resumed discussion on the bill to amend the anti-paper leaks law, with Congress MP and Leader of the Opposition in the House Rahul Gandhi participating in the debate. Gandhi said he was “very excited and reassured” by the student protests against irregularities in the competitive exams. “This was not anger, violence or hatred, but a deep expression of the youth of this country, of the future generation of this country. I feel all political parties must respect that, including my friends in the BJP. Every Indian should be proud of what the youth of this country did,” he said.
