After winning the Bankipur bypoll, Jan Suraaj chief Prashant Kishor said Bihar needs a progressive and capable Chief Minister who can create jobs, improve education and curb migration. He promised visible changes in Bankipur within three months and said he aims to develop the constituency into a model assembly segment over the next two years.
