The Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has launched a major crackdown on adulterated milk packaging units operating in Mumbai. Raids were carried out at facilities in Goregaon, Mulund, and Govandi, where officials allegedly uncovered fake and adulterated milk packaging operations. Two people were arrested during the Goregaon raid. Authorities are continuing their investigation to identify the source of the adulterated milk and any wider distribution network.
