The centre declared 23 more individuals as terrorists under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), making the largest addition to the list in recent times, as part of a bid to dismantle the terror infrastructure run by the Pakistan-based terror outfits like Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and their affiliate networks.
