Speaking to NDTV, former US Ambassador to India Kenneth Juster said the India-US relationship is “back on track” and remains strong, durable, and resilient despite occasional differences. He highlighted continued cooperation in technology, defence, energy, and healthcare, and expressed optimism that both countries are close to finalising a trade deal. Juster said such an agreement would further strengthen economic ties, noting that the United States is India’s largest export market and underscoring the strategic importance of concluding the pact.
