Heavy rain left NH-9 near the Delhi’s Ghazipur border waterlogged, causing severe traffic congestion and vehicle breakdowns. With only one lane operational in parts of the stretch, commuters travelling between Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad faced long delays amid widespread rain-induced disruptions.
