The Goa Institute of Management (GIM) concluded a five-day Academic Leadership Programme for principals of over 40 Delhi University colleges to discuss the future of higher education. The programme focused on institutional leadership, AI in education, NEP 2020, governance, digital transformation and learner-centred approaches. Academic leaders also deliberated on key challenges such as declining admissions, student employability, classroom attendance and infrastructure funding while sharing strategies to strengthen higher education institutions.
