IIT Madras has opened registration for GATE 2027, with candidates able to apply until September 27 without a late fee. This year, DigiLocker-based registration has been made mandatory. The examination will be held across six dates in February 2027 and will feature 30 papers, including the newly introduced Robotics and Automation paper.
