Battlefield maker Electronic Arts has announced the completion of its acquisition by private equity firm Silver Lake, Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, and American investment firm Affinity Partners. The company has now gone private and has been delisted from NASDAQ. The $55 billion leveraged buyout deal was announced in September 2025.
