Delhi’s draft electoral roll has been released with 97.5 lakh eligible voters, while over 47.5 lakh names were excluded after the Special Intensive Revision exercise. Officials say nearly 33 per cent of voters were marked under categories such as absent, shifted, deceased and duplicate entries.
