Binance has introduced Lite Loan, a crypto-backed lending product that allows eligible users to borrow up to 1,000 USDT using Bitcoin as collateral. The service is designed for short-term borrowing and lets users continue earning rewards on Bitcoin held in Binance’s Simple Earn Flexible products. Unlike the exchange’s standard loan offerings, Lite Loan protects borrowers from liquidation due to Bitcoin price movements during the first 30 days of the loan.
