Google’s Pause Point feature adds a short interruption before users open apps they have marked as distracting. The Android 17 tool starts a 10-second countdown and requires users to opt in. While Google’s Android video describes it as available on select Android 17 devices, its support page currently lists the Pixel 11 series. The company has not confirmed whether older Pixel phones or other Android 17 devices will receive the feature. The Pixel 11 lineup launched in India earlier this month.
