A six-year-old UKG student has died in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, after his family alleged that he was beaten by a teacher for not completing his homework. The family says the child, identified as Prana, was healthy when he left home but later collapsed inside the classroom. They allege that CCTV footage from the school shows the teacher hitting and frightening the child before he collapsed. The family has also alleged that other students were subjected to physical punishment.
