An Italian passenger has shared a chilling account of the severe turbulence that struck an Air India flight travelling from Phuket to Delhi, describing the incident as one of the most terrifying experiences of her life. Viviana recalled that the aircraft encountered sudden and intense turbulence, throwing several passengers from their seats and creating panic inside the cabin. According to her, her mother suffered a head injury during the ordeal, while several other passengers were also hurt as the aircraft shook violently.
